We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant with Australian payroll experience. The consultant will be responsible for payroll support, troubleshooting payroll issues, ensuring compliance with Australian payroll regulations, and assisting with payroll configuration and integrations. Experience: 8+ years Work Location: Philippines / India (Remote) Contract Period: 6 months, extendable Shift : Australia Shift - 6 am to 3 pm IST / 8 am to 5 pm PHT Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of experience in SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors EC Payroll Strong experience in Payroll Configuration Hands-on experience with Australian or International Payroll Experience in payroll integration with Employee Central Good understanding of Time Management integration with Payroll Experience in issue resolution and production support Strong knowledge of payroll schemas, rules, and processes Key Responsibilities Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll solutions Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with local regulations (Australia/International) Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and integration-relate
