About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and communicative people to join our team as Academic/Career Counsellors. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in sales and communication, develop their interpersonal skills, and learn about the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential candidates and healthcare professionals.
- Generate leads and qualify prospects for sales opportunities.
- Build rapport and relationships with potential clients.
- Overcome objections and address customer concerns.
- Record and track call data for performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong telephone presence and ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or sales.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving goals.
- Graduate with a bachelors degree.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Commitment of 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
