Onsite | Full-Time

Experience: 2-4 Years (Hands-on Meta Ads Experience)

We are seeking a highly performance-driven Senior Meta Ads Associate with strong hands-on experience in managing and scaling high-budget Meta Ads campaigns for D2C brands . The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in driving online sales, optimizing ROAS, and building conversion-focused campaign strategies.

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns focused on conversions and sales .
• Manage and scale high-budget accounts with monthly spends exceeding INR 1 Crore .
• Develop performance strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and overall revenue .
• Work closely with D2C brands across apparel, cosmetics, beauty, hair care, and essential product categories .
• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, lookalike, and customer segmentation strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling and optimization.
• Manage campaign structures, creatives, ad sets, budgets, bidding, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with creative and web teams to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion performance .
• Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, events, and conversion tracking .
• Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, copy, placements, and campaign strategies.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads updates, algorithms, policies, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior team members and contribute to overall performance strategy.

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads independently .
• Strong experience with D2C brands and e-commerce sales/conversion campaigns .
• Proven experience scaling Meta Ads campaigns with INR 1 Crore+ monthly spend .
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, and revenue metrics .
• Expertise in Sales/Conversion campaigns, retargeting, Lookalike Audiences, and audience segmentation .
• Strong knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, event tracking, and attribution .
• Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining profitability.
• Team management/mentoring experience is mandatory .
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

• Experience scaling competitive and fast-growing D2C brands .
• Strong understanding of performance creative and conversion-focused advertising.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on revenue, profitability, and growth .
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Note: This role is specifically focused on Meta Ads for D2C sales and conversions . Candidates with only lead-generation, SEO, or organic social media experience may not be the right fit.
