EDI Analyst - B2B Integration

Total Experience: 5 - 10 yearsExperience:- 5+ years in EDI/B2B integration with direct ownership of partner onboarding, mapping, and production support in a multi-partner environment.- Experience in configuring iDOCS in SAP, setting up Partner Profiles.Standards & Protocols:- Proficiency in ANSI X12 and/or EDIFACT; acknowledgments (997/CONTRL); communications (AS2, SFTP/FTPS, OFTP2); encryption/signing (TLS, PGP, X.509).Integration & Data:- Strong mapping/transformation experience (X12/EDIFACT/VDA/XML/JSON/CSV); ERP integration patterns (e.g., SAP IDoc/Proxy, flat files, APIs); SQL for analysis and troubleshooting.Operations:- Demonstrated incident management, RCA/CAPA, and change/release practices within SLA-driven environments.Skills/Knowledge:- Excellent team player skills, with strong oral and written communication skills.- Knowledge of cloud architecture and integration security standards (e.g., OAuth, SAML, X.509 certificates).- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.- Organized and thorough in the planning and execution of their work.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.- Strong time-management skills - has the ability to multi-task.- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.- Keen ability to deal with highly ambiguous situations and navigate toward a clear shared understanding for all parties.
