About the job
Student Operations: Deliver welcome kits, upload daily class recordings, and manage student projects, quarterly study tours, and graduation certification.
Placement & Alumni Support: Share job openings, track placements on Zoho, and help organize the annual Alumni Meet (July/Aug).
Student Support: Resolve Zoho Desk tickets within 1 day, collect student feedback, and drive Google ratings.
Office Administration: Manage petty cash, update asset trackers, handle vendor AMCs, and ensure classroom readiness.
Workplace Culture: Plan monthly employee birthdays, team activities, and the annual festival celebration calendar.
