Please Follow Our Page Job Type: Contract (Long-Term: 3–5 Years) Work Mode: Remote (Work From Home) Compensation: ₹160 per hour Shift Timing: US Shift (Anytime between 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST) Job Description We are hiring Customer Support Executives with experience in US Healthcare processes and ticketing tools (Saber or similar) for a voice-based role. The position involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls with US-based clients while ensuring high-quality service and compliance. Key Responsibilities Handle voice interactions with US healthcare customers professionally Address patient/provider queries related to healthcare services Use Saber tool or ticketing software to manage and track cases Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Ensure adherence to compliance standards such as HIPAA Meet quality and performance metrics Eligibility Criteria Mandatory: Experience in US Healthcare voice process Mandatory: Experience with Saber tool or any ticketing software Prior experience in international call centers (US/UK preferred) Good understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance (e.g., HIPAA) Excellent English communication skills Undergraduate candidates are welcome Technical Requirements Personal laptop/PC with Windows 11 Minimum 16 GB RAM Dual-screen setup (Laptop + 1 external monitor) High-speed, stable internet connection Work Requirements Comfortable working night shifts (US time zones) Ability to work independently in a remote setup Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Additional Information Long-term contract (3–5 years stability)
