Senior Software Engineer - Java

Job Description :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based enterprise applications using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.- Partner directly with customers and business stakeholders to understand complex business problems and translate them into scalable technical solutions.- Build and integrate RESTful and SOAP APIs with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.- Design cloud-native applications with a focus on scalability, resilience, observability, and maintainability.- Develop backend services using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, and JPA.- Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate development, code generation, debugging, testing, documentation, and modernization activities.- Rapidly prototype new features and proof-of-concepts to validate technical feasibility and business value.- Collaborate with architects, product managers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and customer stakeholders throughout the software delivery lifecycle.- Optimize application performance, reliability, scalability, and security using industry best practices.- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to clean code principles, design patterns, and coding standards.- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices across teams.
