Job brief

Our client is a hightech enterprise focused on the field of smart manufacturing. The company combines advanced automation technology with information technology dedicated to providing intelligent production solutions and services to its customers. The products and services typically encompass smart equipment industrial automation production line systems robot applications as well as related software and data analysis services. Currently the company has established research and development centers and production bases in multiple countries around the world with its products widely used in the global automotive manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual strategic planning and identify market opportunities.
• Establish the companys organizational and business systems oversee the construction of the senior management team select mid to seniorlevel management personnel formulate the internal management structure and set basic management systems.
• Lead the development of a supply chain team and establish a comprehensive supply chain management system to ensure the companys operational growth.
• Fully manage the daily operations of the Indian company.
• Maintain relationships with government and significant external clients ensuring effective localization efforts.
• Prevent customer complaints and strengthen risk management.

Requirements

• Comprehensive management experience in areas such as business management supply chain management project operations management human resources administration and financial management.
• Background in the manufacturing industry preferably with experience related to designing and manufacturing nonstandard automotive equipment production lines such as automotive powertrain equipment or welding machinery.
• Familiar with upstream and downstream clients and suppliers in the automotive industry with a preference for those having client relationship resources in the automotive sector.
• Background in science or engineering with a preference for majors in mechanical design or automation.
• Bilingual candidates in Chinese and English are preferred.
