About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to build a career in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition . If you're someone with good communication skills, enjoys interacting with people, and has prior internship experience in recruitment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, PyjamaHR, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with day-to-day recruitment activities and HR operations.
Requirements
- 3–6 months of prior internship experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and PyjamaHR .
- Candidate must have thier own Laptop to use for this role.
- Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
