Job Summary

The IT Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and maintaining the college's entire IT infrastructure and network ecosystem. The role ensures seamless operation of campus-wide networking, servers, data security, internet connectivity, computer labs, smart classrooms, ERP systems, and end-user support. The incumbent will lead the IT team, manage technology vendors, and ensure high availability, security, and scalability of all IT services to support academic and administrative functions.

Required Technical Skills

Network administration (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
Routing, switching, and firewall management
Windows Server and Linux administration
Active Directory and Office 365/Google Workspace administration
Virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
Backup and disaster recovery solutions
Cybersecurity best practices
ERP/LMS administration
CCTV, biometric, and access control systems
