We are currently looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented SEO Manager who can lead and execute strategic SEO initiatives to improve search visibility, increase organic traffic, and drive business growth across multiple digital projects.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword strategy, analytics, and link-building while being capable of coordinating with content, development, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
Perform detailed keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize website content, landing pages, metadata, headings, internal links, and URL structures for better search performance.
Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve issues related to:
- Crawl errors
- Site speed
- Mobile responsiveness
- Indexing
- Structured data
- Core Web Vitals
- Monitor website performance using tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- SEMrush
- Ahrefs
- Moz
- Screaming Frog
- Lead and manage off-page SEO activities including high-quality link-building campaigns and outreach strategies.
Track, analyze, and report SEO KPIs such as:
- Organic traffic
- Keyword rankings
- Conversion rates
- Bounce rate
- ROI
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices across all digital assets.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Develop local SEO strategies to improve local search visibility and Google Business Profile performance.
- Identify content gaps and suggest SEO-focused content strategies.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and present actionable insights to management and clients.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely execution of SEO deliverables.

Familiarity with CMS platforms such as:
- WordPress
- Shopify
- Webflow
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and teamwork mindset.
- Data-driven approach with attention to detail and performance metrics.
- Preferred Candidate Profile
- Must have prior experience working in the IT or Digital Marketing industry.
- Proven experience as an SEO Manager, SEO Specialist, or similar role.
Experience handling SEO campaigns for:
- Websites
- eCommerce stores
- International clients
- Strong understanding of content optimization and SEO content strategy.
- Ability to manage and guide junior SEO executives or teams.
- Experience in client communication and reporting will be preferred.
- Organized, proactive, and result-oriented personality.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
Bonus Points if you have
- Google Analytics or Google Ads Certifications.
- Experience with international SEO and multilingual SEO strategies.
- Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Knowledge of AI-powered SEO tools and automation workflows.
- Experience working with Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Exposure to performance marketing and digital strategy integration.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Relevant SEO certifications will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in SEO, digital marketing, or search engine optimization is mandatory.
