About the job
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Junior Sales Executive to join our team at Earthiscape. If you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As a key member of our sales team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a real impact on our business.
Key Responsibilities:1. Calling and closing the sales cycle for leads generated via marketing efforts. Managing the entire sales process from initial Conversation, Understanding Requirement, Presenting Service Options, Ensuring the site visit, Following and close the booking.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure the sales cycle goes through smooth and enhance the communication to ensure that customer reaches out for repeat business.
3. Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
4. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed monthly targets.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
7. Provide regular feedback to the sales manager to improve sales processes and drive business growth.
8. Daily, Weekly and Monthly metrics reporting.

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 13,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,31,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,56,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 75,000 /year
