About the job
Create and modify 3D CAD models, assemblies, and drawings in Autodesk Fusion 360 for EV sub-systems (chassis, brackets, enclosures, mounts)
1. Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings with basic GD&T from 3D models2. Assist in prototype fabrication coordination and fit/function checks
3. Support BOM creation and updates for prototype builds
4. Run basic FEA studies in FuB.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, proficiency in Fusion 360, strong fundamentals in mechanical design/GD&T, eagerness to learn in a fast-paced EV startup environment.sion 360 under senior engineer guidance
5. Review supplier/vendor drawings for design compliance
6. Maintain organized, revision-controlled CAD files
7. Support design validation testing (DVP) and document results
8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (electrical, battery) on mechanical interfaces
9. Participate in design reviews and suggest manufacturability improvements
