Digitide Solutions Limited is hiring for the role of Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)!
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and provide support through voice-based interactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers in the assigned regional language and English.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards.
- Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Good communication and sentence articulation skills.
- Strong grammar and verbal communication abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Versant Level 4 is preferred.
Languages Required:
- Tamil + English.
- Telugu + English.
- Kannada + English.
- Malayalam + English.
Work From Home Requirements:
- Windows 11 Laptop/Desktop.
- Minimum 8 GB RAM.
- Headset/Headphones.
- Minimum WiFi speed of 50 Mbps.
