Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily aluminum workshop operations and manage assigned team members
  

• Supervise fabrication assembly and finishing activities to meet production targets
  

• Ensure consistent quality and adherence to technical drawings and work standards
  

• Conduct accurate measurements and monitor technical accuracy of work
  

• Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks to workers effectively
  

• Maintain a clean organized and safe workshop environment
  

• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly
  

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
  

Salary:7LPA-8LPA INR

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an Aluminum Workshop ForemanSkills and Expertise:

• Proven ability to manage and lead workshop teams effectively
  
• Strong leadership personality with excellent communication skills
  
• Proficient in Arabic (advanced)
  
• Basic to intermediate English communication skills
  
• Strong understanding of aluminum fabrication processes
