Strategic Partnerships Associate

Peoplehum is hiring for the role of Strategic Partnerships Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Research and identify potential strategic, channel, agency, technology, and business partners.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective partners and key decision-makers.
• Research new markets, industries, and partnership opportunities.
• Support the team in evaluating potential partners based on business fit and growth potential
• Reach out to prospective partners through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels.
• Communicate peopleHum's value proposition and partnership opportunities to prospective partners.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential partners.
• Follow up with partners and ensure timely communication and closure of action items.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating partner meetings.
• Support the onboarding of new partners by coordinating documentation, training sessions, product demonstrations, and access requirements.
• Help prepare partner presentations, sales materials, FAQs, and other enablement content.
• Assist in conducting product and partner knowledge sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of partner information, activities, and engagement.
• Work with the Sales and Partnerships teams to generate opportunities through partner referrals and joint initiatives.
• Track partner-generated leads and sales opportunities.
• Assist in coordinating joint go-to-market and co-marketing activities.
• Monitor partner performance and maintain regular reports on key activities and metrics.
• Identify opportunities to increase partner engagement and contribution to business growth.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and other internal teams.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
• Support leadership and the partnerships team in strategic projects and market expansion initiatives.

Requirements:

• 0-1 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, Client Success, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline .
• MBA/PGDM is a plus but not mandatory .
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with customers, business professionals, and external stakeholders.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Good understanding of business, sales, and relationship-building concepts.
• Comfortable using tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and presentation tools .
• Highly organized with good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong willingness to learn about SaaS, AI, partnerships, sales, and global business .
