About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Visit retailers, hardware shops, contractors, and potential clients to promote and sell hardware products (tools, fasteners, etc.)2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and shop owners
3. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
4. Explain product features and benefits confidently to customers
5. Collect orders, follow up on payments, and maintain basic sales records
Skill(s) required
Hindi Proficiency (Spoken)
Earn certifications in these skills
Other requirements
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven attitude
Prior sales experience preferred but NOT mandatory freshers can apply
Comfortable with full-time field work (traveling within Chandigarh & nearby areas)
Two-wheeler preferred (for field visits)
Basic knowledge of hardware/tools is a plus (not compulsory)
Salary
Probation:
Duration: 1 month
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,76,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 1,80,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 80,000 - 96,000 /year
