A fast-paced digital marketing agency delivering performance-driven growth for startups and mid-market brands across India. We specialize in scalable customer acquisition,Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and data-led campaign management—helping clients turn ad spend into measurable revenue. You’ll work with high-impact clients, fast-moving teams, and cutting-edge tools to drive real business outcomes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and emerging platforms like TikTok and YouTube.
- Optimize ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS and lower CPA.
- Build and interpret dashboards in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and third-party trackers to report on campaign performance.
- Collaborate with creative and copy teams to A/B test ad variations and landing pages for higher conversions.
- Manage daily budgets, scaling winning campaigns while pausing underperformers with data-backed decisions.
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates, industry trends, and competitor moves to maintain performance edge.
