About the job
As the 'Executive Assistant' to the Director at Zell Education, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director and ensuring the smooth operation of the company. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.2. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
3. Coordinate meetings and events.
4. Conduct research and compile data to support the director in decision-making.
5. Assist in the preparation of reports, proposals, and presentations.
6. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and support the company's overall goals.
