AI Next also includes platform capabilities that support flexible model choices and enterprise-ready foundations for secure, scalable deployments.Role Summary : We are looking for a strategic and technically savvy Product Manager to lead AI-First initiatives within our AI Next Platform team. This role focuses on creating scalable, high-impact AI solutions by partnering closely with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to productize cutting-edge machine learning models and AI capabilities.As the champion of AI-first thinking, you will help define and drive the roadmap for AI-powered features, platform services, infrastructure, and tools that power intelligent applications across the organization and/or for external customers.Job Responsibilities : - Own the product strategy and roadmap for AI-first capabilities and features across the applied AI platform.- Translate AI research, prototypes, and experimentation into production-ready products by working closely with research, data science, MLOps, and engineering teams.- Define requirements for AI services, APIs, platform components, and infrastructure needed to support enterprise-scale AI use cases.- Collaborate with UX, engineering, and stakeholders to prioritize AI use cases that deliver measurable business value and outcomes.- Establish clear KPIs/OKRs to measure impact and performance of AI-driven features; continuously optimize using data and insights.- Evangelize an AI-First mindset across product and business unitshelp teams adopt AI as a native capability in their products.- Stay on top of AI/ML trends including foundation models, generative AI, and MLOps best practices, and convert learnings into actionable platform strategy.- Drive experimentation and model validation pipelines, ensuring deployed models meet expectations on reliability, fairness, and explainability.- Partner with Responsible AI / compliance stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives align with ethical, privacy, and regulatory requirements.- Create strong product artifacts (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria), communicate trade-offs, and ensure crisp alignment across cross-functional teams (UX/Eng/Data Science/GTB/Support).- Support go-to-market readiness by enabling internal stakeholders with positioning, value narratives, and adoption plans (as applicable to the platform/module owned).Required Skills : Product Management & Execution : - 10+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management / Product Owner roles (B2B/enterprise product experience preferred).- Strong ability to define problems, identify user/value drivers, write product requirements, and drive prioritization using data and business impact.- Familiarity with Agile development practices (Scrum/Kanban), backlog management, and iterative delivery.Technical & AI/Platform Understanding : - Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts (e.g., model lifecycle, evaluation metrics, inference vs. training, drift/monitoring).- Exposure to APIs, platform products, and enterprise SaaS concepts (multi-tenant considerations, reliability, security, scalability).- High comfort collaboration with engineering and data science teams; ability to translate between technical and business contexts.Stakeholder & Communication : - Strong stakeholder management & ability to align diverse groups and drive decisions amid ambiguity.- Excellent written and verbal communication, structured thinking, and storytelling for leadership and cross-functional teams.Responsible AI & Governance Mindset : - Awareness of privacy, security, and Responsible AI considerations (bias, explainability, guardrails, human-in-the-loop patterns).Education / Experience : - MBA from a good-tier institute.- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science / related field.- 10+ years of relevant Product Management/Product Ownership experience.- Experience in one of the following preferred - Business Process orchestration, Agentic AI solutions, Data orchestration, Transformation and Operational transformation.
