Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and personable Medical Representative to build and manage relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals, driving awareness and adoption of DRIPLABS' IV drip therapy solutions. The ideal candidate will have an established network within specialties such as Gynaecology, IVF Centers, Dermatology, Neurology, or Cardiology, and a strong track record of medical/clinical sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard doctors, clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers as referral or business partners for DRIPLABS therapies.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers in target specialties.
• Conduct regular field visits to hospitals, clinics, and doctor chambers to promote DRIPLABS' offerings.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/referral targets within the assigned territory.
• Organize and support product presentations, CMEs, and awareness sessions for medical professionals.
• Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback; share insights with the sales and marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, conversions, and follow-ups using CRM/reporting tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of partner accounts.
• Represent the DRIPLABS brand professionally and ethically in all external interactions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales, preferably with exposure to Gynaecology, IVF Centers, Dermatology, Neurology, or Cardiology segments.
• Proven experience selling into hospitals, clinics, and doctor networks is mandatory.
• Existing relationships with doctors/clinics in the above specialties will be a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with wellness, aesthetics, or preventive healthcare industry.
• Existing CRM/reporting tool experience.
