About the job
Key Responsibilities:
A. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management1. Stay updated with stock market regulations and implement compliance requirements.
2. Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
3. Assess compliance risks for new products, services, and business activities, and implement risk mitigation strategies. B. Transaction Monitoring & Internal Controls
1. Monitor transactions to identify irregularities, unusual activities, or compliance violations.
2. Investigate flagged transactions and resolve compliance issues.
3. Establish internal controls and conduct periodic audits to ensure policy compliance and improve control effectiveness. C. Training, Reporting & Documentation
1. Conduct compliance training and promote awareness of regulatory requirements across the organization.
2. Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory authorities.
3. Maintain accurate records of compliance policies, procedures, investigations, and related documentation.
