ServiceNow HRSD Developer

We at Hexaware are looking for ServiceNow HRSD Developer with good hands on experience in HRSD, ServiceNow.Role Overview : As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing sophisticated HR service delivery solutions that streamline employee experiences and optimize internal workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical architects to translate complex HR requirements into scalable, automated ServiceNow configurations. Your work will directly impact organizational productivity by reducing manual intervention and ensuring seamless service management across the enterprise, serving as a critical bridge between technical capabilities and business needs.Job Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform.- Configure HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center.- Develop custom workflows, integrations, and automation solutions.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.- Ensure best practices, platform governance, and solution scalability.Required Skillset : - Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and ITOM solutions within large-scale enterprise environments.- Strong technical proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies to build custom applications and workflows.- Proven ability to manage CMDB structures and data integrity, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and facilitate collaborative problem-solving.- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering scalable, maintainable code that adheres to platform security and performance guidelines.
