About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Client relationship management - Act as a primary point of contact and build long-term, trusted relationships with clients and their families for their advisory and servicing needs.2. Wealth Advisory - Monitor client portfolios and assist in portfolio rebalancing through goal-based investing. Develop and maintain customized financial and investment plans for clients.
3. Client Service & Operations - Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and completion of KYC and compliance requirements. Drive timely execution of transactions. Resolve client queries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
4. Compliance & Risk Management - Manage mandatory compliance and reporting requirements.
