Key Responsibilities:

1. Connect with inbound leads through phone, email, and WhatsApp channels.
2. Evaluate applicant needs and recommend the most suitable learning programs.
3. Provide transparent information regarding program structures, tuition fees, and career ROI.
4. Build authentic rapport with prospects to drive program enrollments.
5. Manage the complete registration process from the first interaction through final enrollment.
6. Coordinate onboarding activities, fee submissions, and documentation processes.
7. Ensure a smooth and frictionless transition experience for every incoming student.
8. Maintain accurate CRM records to streamline follow-ups and lead management.
9. Track and improve individual performance metrics, including talk time, demo volume, and conversion ratios.
