Require a Finance Manager in Mumbai

• Develop, manage, and monitor annual marketing budgets in alignment with organizational goals and performance metrics.
  
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts, variance analyses, and monthly financial reports for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to evaluate campaign performance and recommend budget reallocations based on ROI and KPIs.
  
• Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
  
• Lead cost control initiatives to optimize marketing spend without compromising campaign effectiveness.
  
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and financial partners, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or CA qualification is highly desirable.
  
• 2–5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within a marketing, advertising, or consumer goods environment.
  
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and financial reporting tools.
  
• Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, campaign metrics, and ROI analysis.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
