Position: Associate– Human Resources Position

Location: Bengaluru

Reporting Relationship: The Associate will be a part of the HR Team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records, attendance, leave management, and organizational data through the HRMS while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and exit processes, along with maintaining employee documentation.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building events.
  • Support goal setting, KPI tracking, performance review cycles, and implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and employee documentation standards.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, training partners, insurance providers, and other HR service providers.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and HR-related support.
  • Assist in Learning & Development initiatives, including training coordination and employee development programs.
  • Promote organizational values, policies, and a positive workplace culture across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or Human Resources Business Partner roles.
  • Hands-on experience in HRMS administration, employee lifecycle management, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, grievance handling, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Exposure to vendor management, training coordination, and employee benefit administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple HR initiatives simultaneously
