About the Role As a

Learning Operations Intern , you’ll play a critical role in supporting the seamless execution of training and enablement initiatives across the organization. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure learning programs run efficiently, timelines are met, and operational processes remain structured and organized. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on coordination, tracking progress, and ensuring that planned activities are delivered on time. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to learning operations, stakeholder collaboration, and program management—building foundational skills in execution excellence and operational discipline. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Learning & Development, HR, Operations, and Business Stakeholders) to ensure smooth delivery of training initiatives, maintain accurate records, and drive accountability across programs.

What You’ll Do Understand (Operational Awareness) Develop a clear understanding of learning programs, timelines, and execution requirements. Stay informed about ongoing training initiatives and operational priorities. Build familiarity with workflows, tools, and documentation standards used in learning operations. Engage (Coordination & Communication) Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of learning initiatives. Follow up proactively with team members to track progress and remove execution bottlenecks. Communicate updates clearly and maintain alignment across teams. Organize (Operational Excellence) Maintain structured trackers, documentation, and dashboards for learning programs. Ensure timelines are monitored and tasks are completed as planned. Support scheduling, coordination, and logistical planning for training sessions. Value Creation (Execution Support) Contribute to the successful delivery of learning and enablement programs. Improve visibility into progress through accurate reporting and tracking. Help maintain operational discipline and consistency across learning initiatives. Delivery (Execution & Reliability) Track learning initiatives and ensure milestones are met on time. Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor progress and performance. Support day-to-day operational activities that enable smooth program execution. Maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy across systems and trackers.
