Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads.
2. Follow up with interested candidates and convert them into admissions.
3. Collect application/registration tokens and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
4. Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
5. Achieve daily call targets and monthly admission goals.
6. Attend team meetings and check-ins as scheduled.
7. Ensure accurate reporting of daily activities.
8. Adhere to company compliance and performance policies while working remotely.

1. 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, academic counselling, telecalling, customer support, or a similar customer-facing role.
