Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced ITAM Lead to drive and manage the organization's IT Asset Management function. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITAM, Software Asset Management (SAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and IT Asset Lifecycle Management.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the organization's IT Asset Management (ITAM) practice.- Build, maintain, and improve IT Asset Management processes and governance.- Manage complete lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, deployment, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.- Oversee Software Asset Management (SAM) activities including software inventory, license compliance, renewals, and vendor audits.- Manage Hardware Asset Management (HAM) including desktops, laptops, servers, networking equipment, and peripherals.- Monitor software license utilization and optimize licensing costs.- Ensure compliance with software vendors and internal IT policies.- Coordinate hardware refresh cycles and asset retirement activities.- Lead periodic asset audits and reconciliation activities.- Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs for asset utilization and compliance.- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Security, Infrastructure, and Service Desk teams.- Drive process improvements and automation within ITAM.- Mentor and guide junior ITAM analysts and asset coordinators.- Ensure accurate CMDB and asset repository maintenance.- Support internal and external audits related to IT assets.Tech Stack & Skills:- ServiceNow, ITAM, SAM, HAM, IT Asset Lifecycle Management, Asset Inventory Management, License Compliance, Vendor Management, Procurement Coordination, Asset Audits, CMDB Management, IT Governance, Asset Discovery, IT Compliance, Cost Optimization.
