Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end programme management and implementation support.
- Develop Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning & Improvement (MELI) frameworks.
- Design KPIs, Results Frameworks, Outcome Indicators, and Impact Assessment methodologies.
- Develop dashboards and beneficiary tracking systems.
- Coordinate workshops, stakeholder consultations, capacity-building programmes, and government engagements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, policy briefs, cabinet notes, and management dashboards.
