About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with prospective students who reach out through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp, addressing their queries and understanding their requirements.
2. Recommend suitable learning programmes after evaluating each student's academic background, career aspirations, and learning objectives.
3. Guide applicants through programme curriculum, tuition fees, payment options, and expected career outcomes to support informed decision-making.
4. Build strong relationships with prospective students and maintain regular communication to maximise enrollment conversions.
5. Take ownership of the complete admission lifecycle, from the first enquiry until successful enrollment.
6. Coordinate documentation, onboarding formalities, and fee submissions to ensure a smooth admission process.
7. Deliver a seamless onboarding experience that enables students to transition comfortably into their chosen programme.
8. Keep CRM records updated, maintain accurate lead information, and ensure timely follow-ups across the pipeline.
9. Monitor key performance indicators, including talk time, demo volume, and conversion ratios, while striving for continuous improvement.

1. High-quality counselling with excellent student experience.
2. Accurate CRM hygiene and timely follow-ups.
3. Strong enrollment conversion and onboarding completion.
4. Consistent achievement of individual performance targets.

1. 1+ year of experience in EdTech sales, inside sales, or academic counseling.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.

3. Ability to confidently present academic programs, career opportunities, and learning outcomes to prospective students.

4. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding enrollment and sales targets.

5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

6. Strong planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities for managing multiple active leads simultaneously.

7. Working knowledge of CRM platforms along with basic computer skills.
