Boomi Integration Lead

Boomi Integration LeadLocation : PAN India (Onsite)About the Role : We are looking for an experienced Boomi Integration Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise integration solutions using the Boomi iPaaS platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in integration architecture, API-led connectivity, and enterprise integration patterns, along with the ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with customers throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement enterprise integrations using the Boomi iPaaS platform.- Analyze business and integration requirements and prepare technical solution designs.- Develop integration solutions and perform unit testing, system integration testing, and issue resolution.- Design and implement API-led integrations, point-to-point (P2P), publish-subscribe (Pub-Sub), and event-driven integration architectures.- Lead technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.- Coordinate project activities while ensuring adherence to client quality standards, documentation, and delivery timelines.- Provide technical leadership throughout the integration lifecycle.- Review integration deliverables to ensure quality and best practices.- Maintain service catalogs, estimation templates, and technical documentation.- Participate in client status meetings and provide regular project updates.- Mentor team members and drive technical excellence across integration projects.Required Skills : - 10-12+ years of total IT experience.- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with the Boomi iPaaS platform.- Strong experience designing and developing Boomi integrations.- Solid understanding of enterprise integration architecture and best practices.- Hands-on experience with : 1. REST APIs2. SOAP Web Services3. API-led Architecture4. SOA5. ESB6. EAI7. EIP8. Event-Driven Architecture (EDA)9. JMS10. SFTP11. Managed File Transfer (MFT)- Experience leading complex integration projects.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.- Experience working with distributed/global teams.Good to Have : - Experience with IBM Integration Bus (IBM IIB).Preferred Candidate Profile : - Proven experience leading enterprise integration initiatives.- Strong customer-facing consulting and solution design experience.- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring high-quality delivery.- Experience in API and microservices-based integration platforms is highly preferred.
