Data Engineering Lead Analyst

Company:A Large Global Organization Key Skills: Data Engineering, SQL, Teradata, Abinitio, Spark, Databricks, Python, Analytics, CI/CD, Git, Snowflake Roles & Responsibilities: Lead enterprise data management initiatives with strong expertise in SQL and BTEQ on the Teradata platform. Design, develop, and maintain Abinitio-based enterprise data platform solutions. Build and support analytical models and enable their deployment through end-to-end data and analytics pipelines. Perform query tuning and optimize data processing performance for scalability and efficiency. Manage mainframe data processing using JCL, CA7, and control cards for batch workflows. Support version control and collaboration using Git and related branching strategies. Work within Agile and CI/CD environments, contributing to automation and streamlined delivery processes. Develop ETL workflows and data pipelines using Databricks and Spark 3.x, including notebooks for data ingestion and transformation. Support cloud data platforms, including Snowflake, ensuring proper integration and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and production-ready analytics solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement in data engineering practices, automation, and system reliability. Support domain-specific analytical needs, including healthcare data (preferred). Experience Required: 6 - 9 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or enterprise data platforms. Strong hands-on experience in SQL, Teradata, and Abinitio development. Experience working with ETL pipelines and large-scale data processing systems. Exposure to Spark, Databricks, and modern data engineering frameworks. Experience with mainframe data processing tools like JCL and CA7. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices. Working knowledge of Snowfl
