Test Automation Engineer/ Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Implement end-to-end test activities (BDD, API testing, UI testing for browser and mobile, performance, security, exploratory, accessibility, etc.) in line with the Global Test Strategy.
• Participate in POD activities and support cross-POD/Quality Engineering teams to ensure all testing dependencies and touchpoints are identified and in place.
• Deliver well-structured, maintainable, and fully tested systems within agreed timelines and budget, across both development and support phases of delivery.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by proposing practical workarounds and solutions during blocker situations to avoid impacting delivery or timelines.
• Close quality and process gaps by working closely with the team, measuring improvements, and contributing to efficiency and value-add initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience building and enhancing automation frameworks.
• Strong Quality Engineering and test management skill sets.
• Hands-on experience with Core Java, Maven/Gradle, REST APIs, REST Assured/Karate, Selenium (WebDriver), JUnit, and Java IDEs.
• Good understanding of JSON protocols and syntax, Cucumber, BDD methodology, Gherkin syntax, JIRA, Jenkins (CI/CD exposure), and Confluence.
• Working experience with Agile/SAFe practices, including in-sprint automation.
• Good understanding of cloud-based architectures.
• Familiarity with BrowserStack or other cloud-based device farms.
