Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries, provide timely support, resolve complaints, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, chats, and inquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues within the defined timelines.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
- Explain products, services, policies, and processes to customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
- Meet customer service and response-time targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior team member.
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.
- Freshers can apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
