Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a PDF Remediation Expert. The professional in this role will be responsible for analyzing, remediating, and verifying PDF documents to meet accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.2, ADA, and other related compliance requirements. Key tasks include tagging and structuring documents, performing quality assurance checks, and preparing accessible documents for delivery. The expert will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide solutions to maintain high compliance and quality standards while ensuring timely project delivery. Qualifications Proficiency in PDF remediation, including document tagging, navigation, and proper structuring for accessibility compliance Experienced in handling complex forms, Scanned PDFs, and tables Experience with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.2, ADA, EAA, and document remediation tools like Adobe Acrobat and PDF/UA Familiarity with assistive technologies, including screen readers like JAWS, NVDA, or VoiceOver Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessible document workflows Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote environment
