Description :About the role :Help build the next gen, multi tenant countrys 1st Multi Asset B2B2C Marketplace. Youll set the technical direction, ship resilient systems, and mentor a cross?functional team to deliver secure, auditable fintech at scale. Youll modernize services, improve performance/reliability, and ship features end-to-end with product and QA.What youll do :- Design, build, and maintain RESTful ASP.NET Web API (Framework 4.8) services.- Write high-quality C# with SOLID practices, clean architecture, and unit/integration tests.- Model data, write performant T-SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions), and optimize queries/indexes.- Build background jobs (e.g., Quartz.NET), health endpoints, and observability (logs/metrics/traces).- Secure APIs (authN/authZ, OAuth/JWT, OWASP), handle config/secrets, and harden IIS.- Diagnose prod issues (profilers, dump analysis, SQL execution plans) and drive RCAs.- Collaborate via PRs, code reviews, and refactoring.Must-have :- 6 to 10+ years in backend engineering with .NET Framework 4.x; deep ASP.NET Web API.- Strong SQL Server/T-SQL (stored procs, indexing, isolation levels, deadlock analysis).- Solid async/concurrency, collections, memory/perf tuning in C#.- IIS + Windows Server deployment experience; Git; CI/CD; automated testing.Nice-to-have :- Quartz.NET, SMTP/OAuth2 email flows, message queues (RabbitMQ/Azure Service Bus).- Caching (MemoryCache/Redis), Polly, MediatR, Serilog/ELK/App Insights.- Migration exposure (Framework?.NET 6+), PostgreSQL/Babelfish.
