You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of complex batch processing systems and integrated workflows. Working closely with cross-functional development teams and infrastructure stakeholders, you will troubleshoot incidents, optimize scheduling logic, and drive proactive maintenance to minimize downtime. Your work directly impacts the reliability of business operations, ensuring that data flows seamlessly and service level agreements are consistently met for our global clientele.Key Responsibilities : - Manage and monitor complex batch job schedules using Tidal Enterprise Scheduler and Autosys to ensure timely completion of business-critical processes.- Resolve production incidents and performance bottlenecks by performing root cause analysis to prevent recurring technical issues.- Collaborate with application development teams to deploy, test, and transition new job workflows into the production environment.- Maintain system documentation and operational runbooks to standardize support procedures and improve team efficiency.- Optimize scheduling configurations to enhance system throughput and resource utilization during peak processing windows.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders during high-priority outages, providing clear updates and resolution timelines to maintain business continuity.Required Skillset : - Demonstrated expertise in managing enterprise-grade job scheduling environments specifically using Tidal Enterprise Scheduler and Autosys.- Proven ability to perform deep-dive troubleshooting within production environments, including log analysis and system monitoring.- Strong analytical mindset to identify patterns in system behavior and implement proactive measures for stability.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical issues to both technical peers and business stakeholders.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment across Bangalore and Hyderabad, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.- Possession of 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in production support or systems administration roles.- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical principles.
