Roles and Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce eGuruzy's learning products and services.
• Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits and features of our educational programs.
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding courses, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
• Build rapport with prospective clients and understand their learning needs.
• Schedule follow-up calls and manage customer interactions in a CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping of all customer interactions.
