Operations Management Associate
Gallagher is hiring for the role of Operations Management Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks efficiently across multiple computer systems and software tools.
Handle customer engagement workflows with professional service standards.
Identify operational bottlenecks and escalate unresolved issues promptly while keeping supervisors informed.
Undergo specialized training in the insurance domain to deliver process accuracy and compliance.
Organize and maintain operational documentation and daily service records.
Requirements:
Any Graduate or Post Graduate (Non-technical streams preferred) with a consistent academic record (55% or above).
0–3 years of work experience (freshers are eligible to apply).
Basic understanding of insurance or finance concepts.
Excellent command over English (both written and verbal comprehension).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
Openness and flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
Quick learner with high energy, collaborative team skills, and an orientation toward customer-centric operations.
