Senior Engineer Assistant Manager Process Development

Process Development / Improvement:

• Assist in designing and conducting trials to test new processes or modifications to existing processes.
• Collect data and samples monitor process variable during *process analysis to evaluate process performance and provide input for improvements / solutions

New / Used Machine Try-Out and Process Establishment:

• Identify and address technical issues or deviations during the MAE try-out and commissioning.
• Prepare reports and documentation summarizing process development activities findings and results.
• Collaborate on optimizing processes to improve OEE reduce IDC & improve FPY.
• Support design of fixtures for quick change over and poke yoke

Competence Development:

• Stay updated with industry trends technologies and best practices related to process development digital technologies automation etc.

Qualifications :

B.E Mechanical/ Mechatronics

Additional Information :

Knowledge in Engineering Drawing Engineering Statistics (Machine & Process Capability) SPC GD& T MSA etc.

• Hands on experience and knowledge in manufacturing special processes (Servo Press programming Screwer programming Leak measurement & testing  etc.)
• Knowledge in basic PLC systems Hydraulics and Pneumatics system.
• Basic knowledge on standard Digital solutions competency (Power BI Tableau etc.) and Emerging technologies (Data Analytics Artificial Intelligence)
