About the job
1) Multi-Platform Video Editing & Post Production
Edit high-quality videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, Meta Ads, Google Ads, corporate presentations, event promotions, talking-head videos, UGC content, music videos, and digital display screens while maintaining platform-specific optimization and storytelling quality.
2) Motion Graphics & Event Visual Creation
Create premium motion graphics, animated typography, event display visuals, LED screen content, transitions, intros/outros, signage animations, and cinematic promotional assets for corporate and CX events.
3) AI Video Generation & Creative Automation
Use AI tools for video generation, visual enhancement, lip-sync, voice-overs, image-to-video conversion, AI avatars, cinematic sequences, and workflow automation to accelerate production quality and speed.
4) Creative Direction, Storytelling & Trend Adaptation
Understand content objectives and convert raw ideas into engaging visual narratives with strong pacing, hooks, transitions, sound design, and audience retention techniques aligned with current social media and advertising trends.
5) Audio Editing, Color Grading & Visual Enhancement
Perform professional sound synchronization, background music selection, audio cleanup, cinematic color grading, subtitle integration, visual effects, and overall enhancement to ensure polished final delivery.
6) Fast Turnaround, Asset Management & Team Coordination
Manage project files, organize media assets, meet strict deadlines, coordinate with marketing/content teams, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery of optimized video formats for different platforms and event environments.

* Experience with AI tools like Runway, Kling AI, Midjourney, CapCut, and ChatGPT.
* Strong understanding of cinematic editing, motion graphics, typography, color grading, and modern social media trends.
* Experience creating YouTube videos, Reels, Shorts, ads creatives, event visuals, LED screen content, talking-head videos, UGC, and music videos.
* Knowledge of platform-specific editing styles for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
* Ability to independently convert raw ideas into polished, high-quality videos with minimal supervision.
* Fast learner with interest in AI, content creation, automation, and emerging media trends.
* Basic understanding of branding, storytelling, audience retention, hooks, and marketing psychology.
* Strong command over Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and design tools.
* Portfolio showcasing reels, ads, motion graphics, event videos, AI-generated visuals, and long-form content is mandatory.
* Bonus if candidate understands meme culture, viral editing, thumbnails, script hooks, and AI prompt engineering.
