At Brands2Be , we're expanding our Google Ads team and looking for Google Ads Experts who are passionate about performance marketing, campaign execution, lead generation, and continuous optimization.

Over the last 20+ years, we've helped businesses across multiple industries scale through Google Ads. That experience led to the development of AdsIntelli , our AI-powered Google advertising platform that helps businesses identify ad spend wastage, improve campaign performance, and make smarter optimization decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization recommendations.
• Generate quality leads while improving ROAS and reducing CPL.
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy coordination.
• Track conversions and ensure accurate campaign measurement.
• Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and Google Ads reports.
• Work with AdsIntelli's AI-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams for campaign assets.
• Stay updated with Google's latest advertising features and best practices.

Requirements

• 23 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Good understanding of:
• Google Search Ads
• Performance Max Campaigns
• Display Campaigns
• YouTube Ads
• Basic knowledge of:
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Google Tag Manager (GTM)
• Conversion Tracking
• Enhanced Conversions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with data and performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Meta Ads experience is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with lead generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AI tools for campaign optimization is preferred.
• Certification in Google Ads is an added advantage.
