You Are

As Territory Sales Manager with 15+ years of experience, the qualified candidate will be responsible for developing Territory business in West India Market, to achieve the overall sales goals and ensuring strong business growth for both Ansys and partners and ensuring customer satisfaction, willing to Collaborate with complete ecosystem and committed to support Ansys achieve its business goals.  

What You'll Be Doing

• Sales number (Target) driven candidate.  
• Developing existing accounts to reach his goals and identifying new customers for market reach.
• Min 50% Travel to customer site is expected.
• Challenger selling, Trustful advisor to Customer Leadership.
• Prospect for New business opportunities within the defined territory and maintain healthy Pipeline to meet the revenue goals.
• Accurately Forecast Annual, Quarterly and Monthly revenue streams
• Follows Business ethics, adheres to ANSYS ethical values and policy.
• Developing and Executing territory Based Marketing program in partnership with Marketing & Technical and Partner Team.

• Your pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy will help the business plan with confidence and allocate resources effectively

• Your territory marketing programs will generate qualified leads and shorten sales cycles, making the entire sales motion more efficient
• The relationships you build with customer leadership will position Synopsys as a go-to partner for simulation, digital twin, and AI-driven product development
• Your work with channel partners will extend Synopsys's reach into mid-market accounts that would otherwise be hard to access
• You will set the standard for what disciplined, customer-centered selling looks like in a complex technical environment

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree from any Institution, Engineering, Engg+ MBA will be plus point.

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in Engineering Product Sales or Account Management or Key Account Management
• Preferable Sales Experience in Simulation, CAD, PLM, or Manufacturing Solutions. IoT / Digital Twin / ML/AI/VR / Platform solutions will be a plus point.
• Experience in working in CAE environment is plus point.

Who You Are

• Knowledge of India, West Territory is preferable.
• Experience in handling mid-market customer’s is a plus point.
• Experience in Team and Channel Partners across MNC’s, Captives, OEMs is a plus point.

• Knowledge in Driving Territory Based Marketing program, prospecting via social media will be a plus point.
