Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students regarding available courses and admission procedures.
  
• Handle inbound and outbound enquiries professionally.
  
• Follow up with prospective candidates to maximize admissions.
  
• Maintain accurate lead and student records.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
  
• Achieve monthly admission targets.
  
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
  
• Prepare admission reports and update CRM regularly.
  

Required Skills

• Student Counselling – Guide students effectively.
  
• Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication.
  
• Sales & Conversion – Convert enquiries into admissions.
  
• Lead Management – Track and follow up on leads.
  
• MS Office & CRM – Maintain accurate admission records.
