Hiring | Head of Service Design, Conversation Design & Customer Experience (Mandatory: Customer Experience & Service Design Practice setup & implementation & people management) India (Work From Office) Experience: 12–17 Years (ideally under 40 years of age) CTC: 1 Cr+ (open to discuss) This is not just a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to redefine how millions of users experience financial services. We are building an AI-first, omnichannel experience ecosystem, and we’re looking for a leader who can design and scale the system behind it. Role Overview As the Head of Service Design & CX, you will drive end-to-end experience transformation across digital, voice, assisted, and AI-led channels. This role goes beyond UI/UX—you will define how journeys connect, adapt, and perform at scale, ensuring seamless experiences across app, web, chat, call centers, and AI systems. What You’ll Do • Define and implement enterprise-wide service design frameworks • Design omnichannel customer journeys across digital and assisted touchpoints • Identify journey breakdowns and fix them through system-level interventions • Build and scale AI-led, conversational, and agentic experiences • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI, Data, and Business teams • Establish and lead a service design practice across the organization • Drive customer experience strategy, governance, and execution at scale What We’re Looking For • 12–17 years of experience in Service Design / CX / Product Design • Proven experience in driving customer experience transformation at scale • Strong background in setting up and implementing service design practices • Mandatory experience in people leadership and team building • Ability to think in systems, not just interfaces • Experience working in complex, multi-channel ecosystems • Strong stakeholder management and execution capabilities
