We are seeking exceptional talent across the board to join us in our exciting growth journey.About the Role : - Responsible for managing overall information technology, computer systems & all network related activities to improve infrastructure costs, performance and end user satisfaction- Provide leadership in planning and managing computer operations and production support, systems and database administration and network operations- Ensure system performance and SLAs are met- Manage IT resource requirements to ensure appropriate balance between tactical and strategic demands- Implement IT continuous improvement programs- Participate in the budget process- Lead IT asset management team to ensure assets full lifetime cycle value is achieved- Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations- Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures- Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time- Creating the policy & process w.r.t IT Functions- Auditing systems and assess their outcomes & running the security patches- Preserve assets, information security and control structures- Configuring & managing the user policy w.r.t IT- Responsible for creating and administering disaster plans that will keep the company functional in the event of a crisis- Work closely with departmental managers to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the network- Monitor changing network technology and deliver a technology update to the executive team each quarter- Develop innovative network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair costs- Determine the rationale and methods for upgrading company network software programs each time an update is released- Should work towards making the company network secure from time to time.- Should work towards IT infra security.What we require (Desired Skills and abilities) : - At least 12 to 15 years of IT experience including managing teams responsible for architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations.- Strong management and people development skills- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence- Must be a good problem solver- Must have good communication skills (verbal & written)- Must be good with networking & IT infrastructure setupEducational Certifications : Bachelors/Masters Degree in IT or relevant field.
