Senior Data Analyst

Description :Were looking for a sharp and curious Data Analyst whos excited to dig into data, uncover insights, and help shape the decisions behind Indias fastest-growing jewelry platform. Youll work across teams to track business performance, understand customer behavior, and create dashboards that make data accessible to everyone.Key Responsibilities :- Analyze data across product, marketing, operations, and finance functions.- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business KPIs.- Use Mixpanel (or similar analytics tools) to understand customer journeys, funnels, and product flows.- Identify actionable insights to improve customer experience and engagement.- Partner with stakeholders to measure business performance, including revenue, margins, and cost metrics.- Support product teams in evaluating feature performance and suggesting improvements.- Write efficient SQL queries and ensure data accuracy for reporting.Qualifications :- 2- 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in e-commerce or consumer tech.- Strong expertise in SQL.- Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics.- Good understanding of customer lifecycle, retention, and conversion metrics.- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.Nice to Have :- Background in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.- Exposure to Python/R for advanced analytics.What is in it for you :- Very high ownership role in a fast-paced environment.- Closely work with the founder & a super passionate team of people.- Competitive salary commensurate.- Fast career growth & appraisals.- A dynamic and collaborative work environment- No hierarchy/Politics!- Health insurance.Additional Details :The company is an early-stage start-up and valuable achievements take time & efforts.
