Business Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities :- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for lending systems- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories- Work closely with IT teams to design and implement solutions aligned with business objectives- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements for lending operations- Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to elicit and validate requirements- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews- Create detailed process flows, wireframes, and system diagrams- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements in the lending domainRequired Competencies :- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills- Expertise in loan origination systems and regulatory compliance- Hands-on experience with LOS applications such as FinnOne, Salesforce, Pennant, etc.- Understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs, and SQL- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, MS Office, and data visualization tools- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills (ref:hirist.tech)
